I’ll try to answer as many of the more common queries as I can on this page. Please understand that I am in no way meaning to seem arrogant when I say that I am enormously busy in both RL and SL and I really really appreciate people who take the time to read this before they contact me. when you do contact me, please be aware that even if I am online there is a good chance I am working on another screen or AFK working in my RL garden or kitchen, please be patient. I never deliberately ignore a message.

 

Q. What appliers are available as standard from .::Pink Sugah::.?

The list of appliers gets longer all the time as so many amazing new products are being released, here is the current list of appliers I carry as standard:

(I don’t think I missed any)

I am waiting to hear from Belleza about whether they have accepted my store to make their appliers or not, cross your fingers lovelies ❤

I am no longer updating my whole store with new appliers, please see below for details on what to do if you need an applier that isn’t included in your purchase.

Please please please check the poster for the item to see which appliers are included, it varies dramatically depending on the age of the item!

Q. I have a mesh body part that you do not carry appliers for as standard, is it possible to get one made for my favourite .::Pink Sugah::. outfit?

Yes, yes it is!

I cannot possibly carry appliers for all the mesh body parts that are available in Second Life now, but I am willing to make single appliers for my customers at no extra cost. In order for me to do this, I must either have the developer pack already, if not, I will ask you to source it for me. However, if you have a long list of items you would like appliers making for, I will assess the time it takes me to do so, and will charge you a small fee for my time.

Please note, that I may not be able to make the applier for you right at the moment you ask. If I can spare the time, I will do it right away, if I am very busy at that time, I will ask you to wait and get back to you as soon as I have a spare minute. As always, if I promise to get back to you, and you don’t hear from me please feel free to poke me and remind me. I can be forgetful at times.

Q. I purchased an item in world and it hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

A. Please head over to my mainstore. In the main building there, you will find a redelivery terminal on the left as you walk through the door. Please click on the terminal and follow the instructions for redelivery. If this fails, please contact me via IM with full details of the transaction so that I can ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.

Q. I purchased an item from Marketplace and it hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Because I suck at setting stuff up, I have never got around to linking my MP with my vending system, so unfortunately the redelivery terminal will not work for MP purchases. If you have an undelivered item, please contact me via IM with all your transaction details ready, and I will arrange a redelivery or send it to you personally as soon as I can.

Q. I purchased an item and part of it is missing from the box, what should I do?

As a first step, please rezz the box and unpack again. Sometimes (especially in laggy areas) not everything arrives in your inventory. If this does not help, please head over to my mainstore. In the main building there, you will find a redelivery terminal on the left as you walk through the door. Please click on the terminal and follow the instructions for redelivery. If this fails, please contact me via IM with full details of the transaction so that I can ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. If your item was a MP purchase, unfortunately the redelivery terminal will not work for MP purchases. If you have an undelivered item, please contact me via IM with all your transaction details ready, and I will arrange a redelivery or send it to you personally as soon as I can.

Q. I rezzed the box my items came in, and it didn’t show up, nor was it returned to my inventory, what should I do?

As a first step, please relog. Often when this happens, the items are right back in your inventory when you get back online. If this does not help, please head over to my mainstore. In the main building there, you will find a redelivery terminal on the left as you walk through the door. Please click on the terminal and follow the instructions for redelivery. If this fails, please contact me via IM with full details of the transaction so that I can ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. If your item was a MP purchase, unfortunately the redelivery terminal will not work for MP purchases. If you have an undelivered item, please contact me via IM with all your transaction details ready, and I will arrange a redelivery or send it to you personally as soon as I can.

Q. I purchased an item from a gacha machine and it didn’t arrive, what should I do?

As gacha items are transfer I do not offer redeliveries on these items. Please be careful not to leave the sim where you purchased the item until it has arrived safe and sound in your inventory.

Q. I have a giftcard and it will not work, why is this?

I changed my giftcard system in August 2013. If your card is the old style, darker pink card, it will no longer work. The changeover was VERY well publicised at the time and I offered a period of grace to swap any old cards to new ones and a deadline for the old ones to be used. Please DO NOT ask me to exchange cards for you now, as the answer will be no.

Q. IM or NC that is the question!

Both please! My IM’s do go to my emails when I am offline, and I have a habit of losing NC’s. If you can possibly send both to me, then it covers all the bases 🙂
